Aroma Therapy

I offer complimetary aroma therapy using an array of essential oils.

Single Oils

Lavender - This sweet, floral scented oil is a common favorite for aromatherapy. It promotes consciousness, health, love, peace, and general sense of well being.

Peppermint - Peppermint has an intense minty aroma. It is purifying and stimulating to the conscious mind and may aid with memory and mental performance. It also soothes and cools.

Eucalyptus - This sweet, slightly camphourus oil is a favorite for respiratory use. It may benefit the respiratory system as well as the skin. Eucalyptus is commonly used in steam rooms to promote respiration.

Clary Sage - Clary Sage is one of my personal favorites. It has a floral, slightly spicy scent. This oil has sedative, soothing and warming properties.

Arborvitae - This oil has an intense, woody and earthy scent. It is calming and may help enhance spiritual awareness or meditation.

Basil - Basil has an herbaceous, spicy and lively scent. It helps one maintain an open mind and increases clarity of thought. Basil also has energizing and restorative qualities.

Bergamot - Sweet, lively and citrusy, this oil may be good for anxiety, depression, stress, and tension. Bergamot is uplifting and refreshing.

Oil Blends

Deep Blue - This blend is a combination of Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus. Deep Blue is soothing and cooling and pairs well with massage to relieve muscular tension.
